Research Stay in Le Mans: Characterization of Model Bacterial Membranes

During a one-week research stay at the Institute of Molecules and Materials in Le Mans, France, PhD student Vedrana Krajnović performed measurements using a WITec Alpha 300R confocal Raman microscope. The measurements aimed to characterize Gram-positive and Gram-negative model bacterial membranes, with and without the fluorescent dye.
